1. About DiningNext

DiningNext is an NTN-registered sole proprietorship established in 2024, operating from Karachi, Pakistan.

DiningNext provides a SaaS platform connecting dine-in restaurant operations, including QR ordering, cashier management, waiter coordination, kitchen operations, and restaurant administration.

2. Use of Our Services

Restaurant owners and authorized employees must use DiningNext lawfully and protect their account credentials.

Customers must use authorized table QR codes and submit genuine dine-in orders. Fraudulent orders, unauthorized access, and misuse of the platform are prohibited.

3. Restaurant Responsibilities

Participating restaurants remain responsible for food preparation, safety, menu accuracy, pricing, taxes, and customer service.

DiningNext provides restaurant technology and does not independently sell or prepare restaurant meals.

4. Subscription and Pricing

DiningNext's standard subscription is PKR 60,000 per branch per month, covering the agreed software services, QR ordering system, and supplied tablet support.

Billing dates, applicable taxes, payment deadlines, cancellation, and subscription refunds are governed by the restaurant's accepted service agreement.

5. Hardware Support

DiningNext provides tablet support, including repair or replacement for covered faults and breakage during an active subscription. Device quantities, ownership, and coverage conditions are defined in the restaurant's hardware agreement.

6. Payments

DiningNext supports two restaurant payment methods:

• Cash Payment
• Keenu Card Payment

Card transactions are subject to verification through the authorized payment provider. An unverified payment must not be represented as successfully completed.

Customer payment refunds are handled by the participating restaurant and relevant payment provider, subject to applicable law.

7. Service Availability

We work to maintain reliable services. However, internet outages, maintenance, hardware failures, or third-party interruptions may affect availability.

Any guaranteed uptime or support response time must be expressly agreed in writing.

8. Data and Intellectual Property

DiningNext retains ownership of its software, branding, and proprietary technology.

Restaurants retain their rights to their business and operational data. DiningNext processes that data to deliver the agreed services in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

DiningNext does not guarantee specific increases in restaurant revenue, customer traffic, or reductions in staffing.

Liability for service failures and contractual disputes is determined by applicable law and the signed restaurant agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes legal rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Contractual disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Karachi, Sindh, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
